It sounds like this place hasn't changed.A couple years ago I brought a very large illustration in to be scanned and copied, was told it would be done in a few days and was never called. Went in a week later and it wasn't done. Went in after another week and it was finally done.Because she was the only place I could go to for that, I decided to give her a second try and brought in another one to be done a few months later. I explained it had a deadline and she told me no problem, it would be done.I called the day before, not done. I called the day of, not done. Two weeks went buy and when I called for the fourth or fifth time she told me I'm not going to get it done because I don't like your attitude."I was floored. I was nothing but nice to her because I understand delays can happen. Not once was I rude or anything but on my last call I explained that this had a deadline that was long gone and I really needed it finished.I went in and picked up the original with no copy and have never

Absolutely horrible experience, and I was only there for 15 minutes. Will NEVER go back, or recommend to others.1. Didn't acknowledge my presence when I walked in, continued chatting with others and being generally rude; kept glancing at me like I was already a hassle.2. When other customers left, still did not acknowledge me, walked to the back where Days of Our Lives" was playing on the television

I have used Brendas services many times and will use her knowledge in the industry for years to come. She has always helped us and our business with printing and other advice where she could. Brenda has always taken the time to walk us through the processes where we needed her help, and was happy to do so. Cool little store, she has a little museum filled with ye olde drafting tools and slide rules. Plus you can get super nice mechanical pencils.

Not your usual kind of store - a little quirky in the best possible way! Brenda has years of experience. I have dealt with her for a long time and always found her well priced and efficient. Hey Kelowna, this is the old school. You can’t barge in there and demand her to rush. You want to play that game, go try it at Staples.Be respectful and take your time. She does a fine job, and it’s ridiculously affordable.All these cry baby stories are just that. It’s 2020 not 1987, so everyone expects the old timers to get in line. The entire point of why I’d rather do business here is that I can for a few precious minutes pretend it’s not 2020, and that people are still sane. I’ll take my business there till one of us drops dead.

If I could rate this place 0 stars I would.I am not someone who really writes reviews however considering I’m still in shock after my experience at this business tells me that others must be warned.I have called and my husband has been in once to inquire. Both times she was neither very friendly or helpful but I wanted to support local and get my really simple prints done here.I went in today to hopefully place an order. When I entered, I had the poster sample and a USB in hand. She “greeted” me from the back and just stood there, like I interrupted her. She did not approach me or ask what I wanted or needed and I had to even ask “ uh? Where do you want me to go ?”I thought it was a rocky start but I continued to describe what I was wanting and we had come to a conclusion. I didn’t feel comfortable from our conversation but I was already here so I decided to go ahead with it.As I got to my car I realized I forgot to ask how much it would be. I came back inside seconds later and walked to the back saying loudly “ Hi! it’s me again, I just had a quick question” I stood outside her office door and her back was to me as she did something on her computer. She did not say “ oh one second” or “ hi” she ignored me, kept doing whatever was so important on a site and left me feeling incredibly awkward. After a good 5 seconds I said “ never mind” and walked out. She did absolutely nothing. She didn’t come out to see me, apologize ... nothing.I got to my car and was in shock.Before I posted this, I decided to look at other reviews and I couldn’t believe how I could relate to SO many of them.*BRENDA * if your reading this... or any of the feedback.. WAKE UP and open your eyes. Your service is beyond sad. Perhaps you should find a new face to the store who knows customer service and continue doing whatever is so important on your computer. I’m sorry I interrupted you... and I’m sorry you lost yet another customer.

I had a similarly terrible experience with this place. She was also talking to someone when I walked in, and I didn't interrupt, just waited. She addressed me like I was already being a hassle and abruptly answered small questions. I had a large document to scan and when she asked technical questions, I wasn't so sure, (I had never done it before). That's when she looked over at the guy she had been talking to and laughed, as if I was stupid. I couldn't actually believe the situation and if I hadn't already handed her my documents, I would have walked right out. I don't even want to go back to pick up my things! How can the owner of a business treat people this way, it really rattled me.

Brought in pages of study material for laminating and I asked if there were any student discounts. After waiting through a long conversation she had with a friend, she had a very poor attitude and said it's very cheap already" when website clearly advertises a student discount. I appreciate the low price

My experience with Brenda has been amazing. She is very understanding and does a very good job. She is well priced and gets the job done efficiently and in a timely manner. At the end of a busy school year Brenda has many students who rely on her to print and laminate their posters, and as many people know most students are not always organized. Even with all that she is still able to manage the large inflow of posters and demands all at once! If you need a poster, blueprint or even new sketch pad I would recommend Breda's Blueprinting.
